GOVERNMENT FUNDED FREE STAFF TRAINING COURSES FOR ELIGIBLE EMPLOYERS
Workplace Literacy Funding Purpose:
a) Increase the literacy (language) and numeracy skills of employees; and
b) Contribute to workplace productivity through the provision and evaluation of literacy and numeracy learning in a workplace context.
Training Cost: 100% Free for eligible employers and employees
Programme Aim:
a) Improve skills, including literacy and numeracy, English language, problem-solving and workplace communication required for empowering employees
b) Improve productivity and operational efficiency; accelerate business performance; and increase health and safety compliance
c) Upskill employees, create positive changes, improve team morale and increase staff retention
